With our sequence of set yoga postures in a heated environment set to music, you will dial into your awareness and be able to fine-tune your practice of breath to movement. This class begins with holding poses slowly, building momentum to a fast-paced energetic flow. We will challenge you with dynamic movements, and then transition to stretching poses where you can sit in awareness, celebrating your authentic energy. This class will not only strengthen your muscles, but also your yogi confidence.
B-Fire 75 & 60
Allow your inner yogi to come into focus in our high intensity, heated vinyasa flow. You will learn how to push your edges as you are guided to use your breath through movement, heat, music, and intensity. This class will train your body to harness the activation of all your senses as you explore your creativity. In this dynamic fast-paced flow you will move from posture-to-posture fluidly with your breath, but also leave plenty of freedom to adjust and explore. Come as you are, this class creates a safe space to express yourself authentically.
B-Awakened
This semi-heated guided practice is perfect for newbies or if you want to focus on the essentials to deepen your practice. We will teach you to use your breath as you focus on poses to create strength in the body and decompress. This fully guided class set to music will allow you to focus on the basics as you hold and move purposefully from pose to pose.
B-Bliss
Silence the mind and learn the power of slowing down. In this powerful practice you will learn how to accept your body as it is, as your teacher guides you through 5-8 postures into surrender. In this class set to music you will use your breath during stretches as you are grounded to the earth. We will guide you through visuals of breath and meditation concepts to release the tension in the muscles and joints. This will allow the stress and tension in the body to just B. Offering moments of silence to discover your personal meditative state, the focus is entirely on YOU accepting you, just as you are. A perfect class to discover your unique awareness, and a way of meditation that works for your body.
