B-Hive Yoga Studio
B-Hive Yoga is a place for personal growth, encouragement, community, connection, diversity, and of course… SWEAT!
We juggle so many things in our heads all at once. The to-do lists and pressures can seem endless. We live in an always-on world, with social media adding to our persistent feelings of unworthiness and failure. We are overstressed, overstimulated, and our nervous system is overloaded. Sometimes, our lives feel splintered, with pieces everywhere. It’s hard to keep it all together! Many of us have lost our true connection to self, and to others.
With our Hive, we have created a safe space for you to push your boundaries, learn, and grow your practice. For those who want a traditional yoga class and a workout, we got you! For those who want space to get out of your head and just… B, we are here for you as well! We will cultivate space to help you think, turn off the noise, and push your personal edges, through heat and movement. Come join the Hive!
B-Hive Yoga Founder
Barbi Buresh has been practicing yoga for over 20 years.
Barbi started her yoga journey when she was living in Colorado, training for marathons and triathlons as a way to recover and increase flexibility. She soon discovered that yoga was improving her life in many other ways.
In 2015, she moved back home to Utah. She was going through a difficult time in her life; changing jobs, going through a divorce, and navigating through a lot of moving pieces. Yoga, however, was a foundation through it all. She found a studio where the teacher, our very own Paris Larsen, had an uncanny ability to help process the mess that is sometimes life, through the breath and movement of a yoga flow. “Paris gives you the permission and ability to understand that you are right where you need to be.”
Barbi found that yoga was more than just a workout. It was a healing practice for her, helping to shape and transform her life through breath and movement. Barbi felt this connection was missing at most studios - and this was was the spark and inspiration for B-Hive Yoga.
There are many yoga studios where instructors move you from pose to pose. We strive to be different - a place where you will find connection, acceptance, and restoration. A place where you can get out of your head, get a workout, recharge your soul, and just B as you are…and that is perfect.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience today at B-Hive Yoga. From the moment I walked in, I felt such warmth and positivity in the space—it's beautifully clean, cozy, and so welcoming. The energy here is something special, with every person radiating kindness and connection. And my yoga teacher Mikey she is simply a gift. Her gentle, yet empowering approach makes each class a truly transformative experience. Her passion for yoga and her care for her students shines through in everything she does. I always leave her class feeling more centered, uplifted, and deeply at peace. B-Hive Yoga and my amazing teacher are truly something I treasure, and I’m so grateful to be a part of this incredible community.

I honestly don’t know how to express the amazing space that bhive yoga provides. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and have been taking classes from Paris for many of those years. I am so stoked that she is teaching in a space that is close to me and is so down the earth and inviting. Paris guides class like no one I have ever known, she channels the most perfect information to foster deep connection, body mind and soul. It is not uncommon for me to have deep releases in her classes 😭 AND laughter and fun. She reminds us to not take ourselves so seriously in this game of life and to soak up the juicy bits. RUN, don’t walk to receive the magic that is Bhive yoga and Paris Rich

I tried out their B-Awakened class with Hector and then with Teneh and I loved it both times. I got a great workout, and I felt so good afterwards physically and mentally. I was definitely stressed and distracted before the class this morning with Teneh, but they provided some great verbal cues that helped me to re-center myself. I also just felt really physically refreshed and was able to work out a lot of back stiffness during both classes. Something I loved about Hector’s class was that he added in a specific pose because I had told him my shoulders were sore, and it helped me so much! This studio is really clean and the lobby area is really cute, they did a great job with the design.
