As a student first and a teacher second my yoga mat is my safe place. In high school I was suddenly left with a life altering sports injury leading me to develop mental, physical and emotional health issues. My school offered me a yoga class at the time and it saved my life. 10+ years later it has been my constant ever since. My goal is to create an inclusive safe space for people of all backgrounds to come and find the healing they need in all aspects of life. Creating a whole mind, body experience using my knowledge of sound healing, meditation, breath work and yoga philosophy. Outside of yoga I am a devoted boy and cat mom, astrology lover and book worm.

Yoga has been a journey of self-discovery and growth for me—a practice that encourages being fully present, accepting myself as perfectly imperfect, and embracing the beauty of aging with grace. As both a student and teacher, I am inspired by the transformative power of yoga to connect us not only to ourselves but also to a supportive community. In each class, my goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone can come as they are and feel the warmth of a loving and kind community. Together, we celebrate each breath, each moment, and each step on the path toward greater peace and awareness.

I practice yoga to quiet the chatter in my mind and reconnect with my soul.
I first came to yoga solely for the physical benefits and quickly discovered that my mat offered contentment and an entry point for self inquiry.
I studied yoga in Boston and then traveled to India for my 300 hr certification. I spent a month in an ashram, studying sacred texts, and immersing myself in the ancient roots of the practice.
As a teacher, I design my classes to reflect real life. There are moments of challenge and intensity, surrender, and peace. In addition to yoga, I teach Pilates reformer, love roadtrips, and listen to history podcasts.

Finding yoga over 17 years ago changed my life in ways I never expected. What began as a simple practice became my anchor—helping me avoid surgeries, enduring and recovering from difficult pregnancies, and finding strength during life's hardest moments. Most importantly, it transformed how I see myself and others.
I come to my mat for the incredible benefits and because it's my playground—a place to explore, breathe, create, and escape. I teach to help others find their edge with the opportunity to extend it, discovering just how capable they truly are!
Outside of the studio, my passions include exploring new corners of the world with my best friend/husband and four kids, chasing thrills on roller coasters, and paddle boarding under the warm sun! Fave quote: Die with memories, not dreams!

Hi, I’m Kelly! As an actor, I am passionate about the human experience. As a dancer, movement communicates with me on an emotional and spiritual level. I love guiding others through this way of being with themselves while tapping into collective healing. I want to continue exploring our human complexities and use that knowledge to balance, strengthen, heal, and elevate. Some things that light me up: nature, the smell of a campfire, chocolate desserts, live music, shaking my booty, my dog, my family/community.

I am a passionate yoga practitioner with over twenty years of experience and a decade of teaching under her belt. My journey through yoga has not only enhanced my strength and flexibility but has also instilled a sense of fearlessness that transcends the mat. Inspired by the transformative power of yoga, I embraces each moment with mindfulness and intention.
At my core, I remains a devoted student of the practice. I am is profoundly grateful for the wisdom imparted by my teachers throughout my journey and aspires to share that same transformative experience with my students.
In my classes, I blends creative sequencing with a spirit of playfulness, infusing each session with inspiration to help students deepen their practice. My mission is to nurture the body, mind, and soul through yoga, empowering others to flourish in life. After class I hope you to step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and beautifully balanced.

My why - what an intro prospective question, my why was/is for self help. I got asked/invited to help during yoga teacher training - not knowing a whole lot of what this realm holds for us folks other than the fact that i knew I was going to be held accountable. Everyday for almost a year, during this time I learned A LOT about myself and habits that I had that didn’t serve me anymore. During this journey I learned more about the practice of yoga and how deeply it connected with who I am on a spiritual level. At first I had no intent of guiding others through a beautiful practice. I realized that through this knowledge and the gift that I am learning, why wouldn’t I want to share it with others. That Is my why - to give others something that helped me so deeply. A fun fact about me is that if you see me I am most likely upside down in a handstand. I LOVEEE THOSE!
